The objects of the Society are:

(a) To become and remain registered with the Guild.

(b) To further the interests of enrolled students.

(c) To assist new students with orientation to the University.

(d) To encourage and promote cooperation between the Society and other Student societies.

(e) To do all things that are necessary and proper for the benefit and advancement of the Society and the Guild.

(f) To foster an inclusive, multidisciplinary platform that unites students across engineering, science, business, law, and policy to address the challenges and opportunities of the global energy transition.

(g) To facilitate knowledge exchange through seminars, technical talks, and workshops spanning conventional, renewable, and emerging energy technologies.

(h) To integrate academia and industry by connecting students with professionals who can translate real-world energy challenges into research, design, and innovation projects.

(i) To promote interdisciplinary collaboration in competitions and case studies that require both technical and commercial perspectives.

(j) To develop career pathways via targeted networking, mentoring, and internship opportunities in the energy sector.

(k) To advocate for responsible energy policy by engaging with stakeholders and supporting evidence-based awareness initiatives.
